Here is a list of items that need follow-up, along with who is responsible for each item.

• Invite Pack 65 Webelos to the Dec. 18 troop meeting at the Rec. Center.
• Coordinate getting adult leaders Youth Protection Training certified.
• Maybe have a group training session at Lock-in on March 6-7.
• Amend troop charter with latest scout updates once George gathers needed info
• Solicit volunteers to fill Advancement Chair committee position.

• Update Troop Master with all the latest updates.
• Find out how to go about amending troop charter so we can add and subtract scouts

• Have scouts discuss and make decisions on summer camp 2009
• Find out if scout wants to camp at Camp Tahosa the weekend of Jan. 3-4.

o   Have Black Dragons decide what city they want to host for Klondike. Need to get this information back to Klondike organizers by Dec. 15.

• Try to get storage space at the Armory.
• Follow-up on Hunter Safety MB for January. Check with PLC and Mark Cousins.
• Try to get a counselor to teach a merit badge in January, maybe one of the Citizenship merit badges.
• Contact Mark Huff about possible First Aid Merit Badge for January, 2009.
• Send rocket launch pix to Don for posting to web site.
• Get troop position patches

• Present info to troop regarding a possible Mount Rushmore destination or Moab for a long weekend campout in 2009.
• Call Faith Baptist to see if we can use their football field
• Reserve Camp Tahosa for January 3-4, 2009 if we can get enough scouts committed to go.
• Check into another Texas Roadhouse fundraiser for 2009.
